After leaving BBB 23, Marvvila talks about ‘plant’ fame: ‘I was erasing myself’

Singer Marvvila, eliminated from BBB 23 last Tuesday (4), commented on her fame as a “plant” during her participation in Domingão with Huck (Globo) this Sunday (9). Who confronted her was Lívia Andrade, who said she expected more from the artist’s participation in the program. Marvvila explained that the pressure of group play meant that she was unable to play as she had planned. “In this thing of giving in to the group, I was erasing myself”, she argued.

It was Luciano Huck who asked Lívia Andrade to comment on the singer’s participation in the BBB. “Everything I can’t say, she says”, said the presenter. “Today, you put me in a very difficult position,” began Andrade. “Let’s face it, I think the audience agrees with me, I think you will also agree with me. You were called a plant. You agree with that. You even say that!” Marvvila then replied: “I’m a little pagodeira plant”.

But Lívia Andrade did not stop there. “In some games of discord you managed to shine by imposing yourself, saying very coherent things”, she said. “But I really, as I like you as an artist, as a person and I think you are one of the most beautiful participants in this edition of the BBB, I expected more from you. you could have explored more of that space that you had.”

Marvvila did not seem to disagree with Andrade’s opinion, but explained his position. “In there, it’s an absurd amount of pressure. I had a few things in mind, I said ‘I’m going to be myself, I’m going to throw myself’. Then, when I arrived, the first blow was to go in pairs, with a completely different person. Soon after, this madness of playing in a group came, which, like, was quite complicated, because I had some things I wanted to do, and there was another part of the group that said ‘no, you have to give in’. giving in to the group, I was erasing myself.”

The pagode singer said that, in the game of discord, she could be herself and say what she was thinking. “There, that’s what I wanted, in the game of discord. In the game itself, in the votes, I had to end up giving in”, she said.

After the chat, Huck announced the game “A Revenge of the Plant”, in which Marvvila agreed to dress in a plant costume to scare people passing through the corridors of Globo studios. One of the “victims” of Marvvila’s scares is “Dance of the Famous” participant Rafa Kalimann.
