In the book, as explained in an announcement from the publishing house, Penguin Press, from which it will be published, Arnold Schwarzenegger presents his seven rules, which will help the reader to find the true purpose of life.

As pointed out by the publishing house, Schwarzenegger’s success was not accidental, but part of a process.
