Her singing competition Eurovision has been for many years one of the biggest music festivals, which manages to entertain as well as unite the music-loving public of Europe, and beyond.

Every year dozens of songs are presented and naturally, some of them impress the audience and manage to become viral for a long time. Within these characteristic songs of the Eurovision contest are of course also the winners of each year, although some of these entries stand out more than others.

So, while we wait to see which songs we will add to our playlist this year and who will be crowned the winner of this year’s Eurovision contest, let’s remember the best winning entries of the last decade that have left an indelible mark to this day.

Loreen: Euphoria (Sweden, 2012)

This entry may not exactly be placed in the last decade, but how could we not mention Loreen and her ‘Euphoria’, which made history as the most successful Eurovision song worldwide. Having even won the public’s love in 2012, with her truly… euphoric song, Loreen will try her luck a second time this year and find out if her influence on the pageant scene still holds. Will she manage to become the first female artist with two wins in Eurovision history or will she have the fate of Germany’s Lena who finished 10th in her second entry?
