A video is making the rounds on the internet, which is about her Shakira and specifically her ex-partner’s mother, Gerard Pique. In the video, which was taken as part of a photo shoot in the presence of both families, Pique’s mother, Montserrat Bernabéu, appears to be making a rude gesture towards the famous singer’s parents. The incident happened at a time when – apparently – Shakira and Pique have found each other for the sake of their children.

After splitting from Pique, Shakira moved to Miami, Florida to start a new life with her children. However, this specific incident brings their separation for the umpteenth time to the fore.

During the photo shoot, Montserrat Bernabéu appears to be upset and uses her hands to cover the faces of Shakira’s parents while photographers try to get the best poses. The star’s parents remained silent and did not respond to the rude behavior, but Montserrat Bernabéu does not seem to apologize for her actions.
