Tirullipa is sued for sexual harassment in Farofa da Gkay

Five months after being expelled from Farofa da Gkay, accused of pulling guest bikinis while playing in the pool, Tirullipa is being sued for sexual harassment. Two women, whose names have not been revealed, decided to sue the comedian for harassment.

In the lawsuit, they allege that the son of federal deputy (PL-SP) Tiririca untied one of their clothes and even touched the other’s breasts, without consent. According to the Gossip do Dia profile on Instagram, the two women also sue Tirullipa for moral damages. “He ended up exposing them to a vexatious and embarrassing situation in front of countless people and, soon after, publishing the video of the episode on their social networks”, says an excerpt from the process.

O F5 sought out Tirullipa, who said she learned about the process only on Friday (12) through the media. He said he has not received any legal notice and has already contacted his lawyer to find out more about the action. For the time being, he will not speak out.

Tirullipa was expelled on the second day of Farofa da Gkay, after the complaint of digital influencer Nicole Louise. She said she felt invaded by the attitude of the comedian, who pulled her bikini while she was playing in the pool with singer Tati Quebra Barraco. “I felt invaded. That’s harassment. He didn’t just harass me and it’s a tremendous lack of sense. I’ve just been informed that he was expelled from Farofa… I’m outraged.”

At the time, after leaving the venue, at a hotel in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Tirullipa sent a message to some Farofa guests and said he was leaving the party. He regretted what had happened. “Passing by to apologize. It was not my intention to hurt anyone. I am withdrawing from Farofa out of respect for my friend Gkay, who called me to brighten up the place, and I ruined everything. Forgive me”, he concluded.
