the rapper Kanye West, 44, ex-husband of businesswoman and socialite Kim Kardashian, is being investigated by police on suspicion of having pushed and punched a fan, in downtown Los Angeles (USA), in the early hours of Thursday (13).
According to Deadline, police received a report about the incident, which occurred around 3:00 am on Avenida Santa Fe and Bay Street. the case is investigated as a misdemeanor and the maximum sentence is six months in prison, according to the TMZ.
TMZ had access to a video of an irate Kanye between Wednesday night (12) and this morning. On the recording West yells, “Did you say that or not? Did you say that or not? Because that’s what happened now.”
Photos and videos shared on social media show the singer with alleged girlfriend Julia Fox, Madonna, boxer Floyd Mayweather and ex-Tampa Bay Buccaneer Antonio Brown.
This Thursday, West was also confirmed as one of the main attractions of Coachella 2022, which takes place in April, in California, in the United States.
Traditionally, Coachella takes place outdoors and usually gathers more than 100,000 people a day in the Californian desert.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event had to be suspended three times. Initially it would be held in April 2020, it was rescheduled to October of the same year and then moved to April 2021, until it was cancelled.​
