The 12th sign was supposed to be the “pharmacological” one for Spyros Martikas. In a departure that was questionable from the start, the well-known pharmacist was the one who finally greeted teammates and opponents, without being able to “break” his record from the previous Survivor.

“It’s a huge joy after 12 times last year and 12 times this year to hear my name called for retirement at exactly the same time both years. Great journey both the first year and the second. I endured, fought and had the world by my side for 24 times.

Finally, my time has come because, for better or for worse, it’s a competitive game” said an emotional, but also smiling Spyros Martikas upon his departure.

In fact, when he was asked who he would like to see win in Galatsi, he initially vacillated between four players: Sakis Katsoulis, Konstantinos Vassalos, Mario-Priamos Ioannidis and Ilias Bogdanos. However, after a little more thought, he settled on only the latter, which he deified for his morality.

Moved, Ilias Bogdanos said goodbye to his teammate saying that a friendship was created between them which will continue even after the end of Survivor All Star.
