After almost a year of searching, the Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck found the house to share with their family in the famous Beverly Hills.
According to TMZ the Hollywood couple paid $60.85 million in cash for the gorgeous 4.2 acre mansion. The deal took just a week to close and he paid almost $15 million less than the home’s original asking price of $75 million.
The “Wallingford estate,” as it’s called, has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces. The sale listing reveals it has been “recently remodeled and extended.” It has a 12-car garage and parking for 80 people.
There is also a “one-of-a-kind” indoor sports complex of 460 sq.m. a full gym, basketball and pickleball courts and a boxing ring. A swimming pool is located behind the main property and overlooks the area. It also has a full hair and nail salon, sauna and massage rooms as well as a movie theater and wine cellar.
According to the Daily Mail, the move has already begun with many of the famous couple’s belongings at the entrance to the impressive mansion.
