Preta Gil deletes outburst about alleged betrayal: ‘Lovebirds asked’

Preta Gil deleted a post she made about Rodrigo Godoy’s betrayal early this Thursday (29). In the post, she stated that she should have followed her instincts to discover her ex-husband’s infidelity long before the facts were confirmed. However, a few hours later, she returned to social media and hinted at being censored.

In Instagram Stories, Preta told what would have happened. “I deleted the post because the lovebirds begged me, and I really don’t have the health for that. They want to silence me,” she explained, making clear her indignation at the request to delete the publication. “They don’t understand that it’s not about them, it’s about my life. [Sobre] the consequences of their attitudes in my treatment, my feelings and my pain!”, added Gilberto Gil’s daughter, who returned to the stage.

In the text now deleted, the singer said that she suspected a possible betrayal of her husband but that, because his personality does not match jealousy, he let the warnings slip. “Because of my empowerment and my construction of sorority with women, I let two things escape me: my sixth sense and my intuition. It’s not about silly jealousy, but about evidence”, began the singer who continues with the treatment against bowel cancer.

Preta said that she was alerted by people close to her about the involvement between Rodrigo Godoy and Ingrid Lima, her stylist, but that she didn’t listen and even thought they were crazy. “Yes, I put a person to work inside my house who, with his dissimulation and bad character, did what he did.” To overcome this situation, in the midst of an already troubled moment, she says that she works daily with therapists, psychiatrists and spirituality.
