The businessman and youtuber Felipe Neto, 33, winner of the F5 Award, gave up a trip as soon as he arrived at the airport after starting to feel panic, a disease that has been affecting him for a few years. According to his account on social media, the anguish he felt was multiplied 50 times and was something he does not wish on anyone.

“I couldn’t get out of the car and when I thought about going home, I gave up on the trip, immediately that feeling of drowning eased when I thought about the possibility of not going and coming home,” he explained.

Now, he wants to increase his therapy sessions so he can better understand the reasons that lead him to develop panic whenever he leaves the house. “I need to understand what is going on inside my mind if I have developed any time of agoraphobia, even to a small degree. Every time I walk away from home I start to feel heavy with agonizing sensations. I would love to dive into therapy again.” , he said.

“Don’t worry. I’ve been dealing with this for many years and I’m going to get out of it. Now I’m fine. I’ve already returned to my refuge and I automatically felt good. What I need is to be okay, being able to leave the house, being able to travel, being able to do whatever I want,” he explained.

That way, he hopes he can help more people. “I could pretend my life is wonderful. But I feel like I have a responsibility in this world to try to show people who are going through the same things as me that you are not alone. There is no money, fame, success, sense of accomplishment in world to cure this disease. I will treat myself and I will take care of myself”, he concluded.

Since Christmas, Felipe doesn’t seem to be doing well. He stated in the early hours of December 27 that he needed some time, without explaining what the problem was that he was facing at the moment. “I need everyone to respect and step back,” he said. He urged fans not to believe theories and stated that “things will settle down”.

On the first day of the year, Felipe Neto vented on social media about the fight against depression and said that he felt he was “at the bottom of the well”. He published a text saying that friends were taking turns 24 hours a day at his house so he wouldn’t be alone.
