In recent years, Pamela Anderson has left behind her turbulent past and is trying to shake off the image of the sex bomb of the 90s, which still follows her name.

At 56, the “eternal” CJ, the sexy Baywatch lifeguard, remains a doll but has given up makeup.

In an interview with Elle, Anderson said that after the death of her makeup artist and friend, Alexis Vogel, she realized she didn’t want to paint anymore.

“I just felt that, without Alexis, it’s better for me not to wear makeup,” she said.

Since Vogel’s death, Pamela Anderson – even in her official, public appearances – has been opting for more “quiet” neutral makeup. Vogel died in 2019 at the age of 61 after a battle with breast cancer.

The two met in 1993 while Pamela Anderson was preparing a cover for Playboy. During their collaboration, they created Anderson’s signature look, with full brows, highlighted black eyes, rosy cheeks and “liquid” lips.
