Presenter Bruno de Luca and other witnesses present at Kayky Brito’s hit-and-run will be summoned to testify. The 16th Civil Police Station of Rio de Janeiro, in Barra da Tijuca, is in the process of issuing subpoenas, with the aim of hearing people this week. The information was confirmed by the head delegate of the unit, Ângelo José Lages Machado, to G1.
According to the delegate, Bruno de Luca “is a witness to the fact”. “He saw what happened and will be summoned to provide clarification,” said Machado. O F5 consulted the Civil Police advisory, who said he did not have access to the testimonial agenda.
In addition to seeking clarification on the incident, authorities are also keen to determine whether the vehicle involved in the accident was exceeding the permitted speed limit.
The passenger who was in the app driver’s car, as well as those present at the kiosk, in front of the accident site, will also be called to testify. “We need to identify this passenger. We know that she was in the vehicle, along with her ten-year-old daughter”, highlighted the delegate.
Kayky Brito was run over early this Saturday (2nd) and remains hospitalized in serious condition in Rio de Janeiro.
