Influencer Iran Santana Alves, known as Luva de Pedreiro, was ordered by the Rio Court to show extracts of his income from the last 12 months at the risk of having to pay a fine of R$50,000. This is because, according to the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice, not every month the correct and determined amount has been deposited to the former businessman, Allan Jesus.
In the case filed by Jesus, Luva must make monthly deposits in court that amount to R$5.2 million as a termination fine due to the breach of the contract between the parties. When contacted, Luva did not respond.
According to process data that the F5 had access, Luva has 15 days to report the earnings and values of all his bank accounts over the last year. There is an appeal.
The Court also determines that companies linked to him provide details of the contracts signed with the influencer (object, duration, values, etc.), as well as the amounts paid to him and means of payment, in addition to future amounts that will eventually be paid.
According to an accounting made to the Court, Luva de Pedreiro received R$257,100 in July and August 2022 and began making monthly payments corresponding to 30% of his total earnings.
Iran’s lawyers tried to overturn the court order to transfer the 30%. If they had this request denied, they would at least want the percentage to be deducted only from contracts signed during the Allan Jesus administration. But at the time the appeal was denied in the second instance.
