From 1987 to 1993, the then young and up-and-coming Linda was married to the head of the famous Elite Model Management modeling agency in Paris, Gérald Marie.

Marie systematically abused his beautiful wife but knew how to do it so as not to ruin her beauty.

“He knew not to touch my face, not to touch the money, you know?” the now 58-year-old Evangelista confesses in the documentary.

According to the Daily Mail, the model said that back then, in her 20s, it was not easy either to understand that she was in an abusive relationship or to divorce her powerful husband.

Marie in the following years was accused by several models of sexual abuse and rape, which gave Evazelista the courage to speak out.

“Thanks to the strength of all these women who have come forward, I now have the courage to speak out… I really want justice to be served. I wish such m@λ@es would think twice and get scared before doing such a thing. I want women to know that they are not alone,” he said.
