Leader of the Rolling Stones, rocker Mick Jagger, 80, says he does not intend to leave his fortune to his heirs, including Lucas, 24, his son with Luciana Gimenez.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, he said that “children don’t need US$500 million (R$2.5 billion) to live well”, and that perhaps the sum will go to charity one day. “Maybe I’ll do something good in the world”, said the artist, who still intends to publish an autobiography.

The singer is the father of eight, the oldest being 52 years old, and the youngest being six years old. “I have a really wonderful family that supports me. And I have, you know, young children and that makes you feel relevant,” added the artist.

In July, Gimenez paid tribute to Mick when he completed eight decades of life. In a post on social media, the presenter praised the musician, congratulating him on the date and mocking the comments that the two had little contact. “And for those who say we only saw each other twice, there are a lot of photos there, right?”, she wrote.

“Mick is light, happy, talented, super funny and a good father!”, praised Luciana. “Today, the world celebrates his 80th birthday, and I’m always here, hoping he continues to be happy, singing, jumping, being such a present and special father,” she published.

In an interview with the newspaper O Globo, she had already stated that Jagger was very present and that the two “talk regularly”. “A person who is always there when I need him. He is young in mind and emotionally mature.”
