Gisele, 43, said she loves spending time and connecting with nature, as she finds it to be “the ultimate wellness therapy.”

“I just feel the sun, dive in the ocean, run on the sand and feel the grass on my feet,” she told People. The mother-of-two continued: “Being in nature energizes you. It just makes you feel good. I love the sun. Wherever there is sun, I always feel happiest,” she said. “The sun makes you feel good. Most people don’t like the heat, but I love it.”
