Internationally renowned singer Laura Pausini, singer Mika and presenter Alessandro Catelan will present the 66th Eurovision Song Contest.
This year’s festival will take place in Turin, exactly 100 days from today, from May 10 to 14.
The announcement was made during the San Remo Italian Song Festival, which is broadcast live on Rai TV.
Mika is a singer originally from Lebanon and Great Britain, with a large artistic presence in Italy. According to the Italian media, he often lives in our country, specifically in Athens.
Alessandro Catelan is the most famous representative of the new “subversive, Italian television generation”, with caustic talk shows and a very lively and anti-conformist relationship with his guests.
Laura Pausini does not need any kind of presentation: she is clearly the most famous Italian pop singer in the world. She started her career 29 years ago and, as she says, “she loves sushi, but also the delicacy of her special homeland: tortellini”.
