Actor Carmo Dalla Vecchia, 50, shared this Tuesday (9) a photo with his son Pedro, 2, of his relationship with soap opera author João Emanuel Carneiro, 51. The photo was taken by Bazar Kids magazine to illustrate a report made by the actor, in the first person, about paternity.
Vecchia opens the text saying that Pedro made him a father and a better person. “He’s light as a cloud and smiles all the time. What a joy to be able to say that my son is happy. Beloved, I know it’s: ‘Two Parents’, he repeats..’Two Parents’… He speaks with his mouth full of the sound of that phrase, then she laughs. She jumps from one lap to the other repeating, ‘now the other father,'” says Vecchia.
The actor claims that the son still doesn’t know that he came from a disruptive family and that he brings the new. Vecchia asks: “But what new is this? Vecchia himself replies that for him the concept of family has much more to do with the place where there is love. “Ideas that don’t correspond to that, I simply exclude them.”
Vecchia reveals that the son was born on my birthday and fell into his lap as a gift,” he reveals. He remembers the nurse looking into his eyes and asking, “Are you the father? The actor says that he grabbed the diaper from the nurse’s hands and left for the task with little practice, but with the certainty that from that day forward it would be with him. “I’m after my grandfather and after his son, who was my father, the next father.” Then, the actor thanks his husband João, whom he calls a heart, for embracing the idea of being a father and “the walking metamorphosis in the path of the greatest love of all.”
“I’m sorry, but being a father is drooling a lot and talking about Pedro, I drool. I’m a little dumbfounded! I’m a bit stunned watching his movements and I almost always have the feeling that my jaw drops. Before he was born, I wanted a child who it was good, but a colorful child came. Colorful and happy. My son gave me his feet in the clouds and also planted them on the ground,” says Vecchia.
