Influencer and presenter Patrícia Ramos stated, in a statement on social media, that she formalized a complaint against her ex-husband, Diogo Vitório, this Monday (30). In a post on social media, she says that she was a victim of different forms of domestic violence, encompassing physical, moral, psychological and patrimonial aspects.
Lawyers Ingryd Souza and Alexandre Rangel, representing Patrícia, also filed additional charges against Diogo, covering embezzlement with fraudulent misrepresentation, theft through fraud and persecution, commonly referred to as “stalking”. “The request for a protective measure was assessed and granted in the judicial department of the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro”, adds Patrícia, who was one of the presenters of Rede BBB in 2023.
In response to the allegations, Diogo Vitório, through his defense, issued a statement stating that all details will be duly clarified in due course. “He reiterates that he is at the disposal of the authorities for any clarifications. Finally, we continue to trust in Justice and we are sure that the truth will soon emerge”, completes the text.
