THE Joseph Benya he looks more and more like his dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger, at a young age in a series of photos and videos showing his bodybuilding progress.
The 26-year-old, who has been working out for a long time, has become a … theoretician, mimicking many of the poses of his father and former action star, now 76, when he was at the height of his bodybuilding career in the 70s and 80s .

“I compete with myself to be better every day” says the 26-year-old in a video he posted on his Instagram account on Monday.
Benia intends to compete in bodybuilding, but in a category in which no drugs are usedwith some being certain that with the drugs he could have been… spat his father in physique.
While he was married to Maria Shriver, the 76-year-old actor had an illicit relationship with his housekeeper, Mildred Benia which gave birth to their son, Joseph.
