The Orlia stream crosses the slope of Mount Olympus and forms waterfalls and natural pools, creating a fairytale setting, ideal for an unforgettable walk on the mythical mountain.

Access to two of these waterfalls is very easy as you can get quite close by car from the village of Dion. From there the signage along the road will help you not to get lost.

First you should head towards the Koromilia shelter and the church of Agios Konstantinos and Eleni where you will leave your vehicle. Then a short path leads to the first waterfall, which creates a small pool.

Just before you reach this waterfall, there is a rock on the right side and from there starts another path that leads in turn to the big waterfall. This one is lower than the first one and the distance that separates them is about 3 minutes on foot.

This waterfall is taller and more imposing and also creates a natural lake, larger than the first and with greater depth.

The water is freezing but the experience of diving into the crystal clear water is unique and will surely be unforgettable….
