Taylor Swift and mother helped fan who fell ill at concert in the United States

by

Fans of singer Taylor Swift became more angry this Monday (20) with the singer’s stance on the death of Ana Clara Benevides, in her first performance in Brazil on Friday (17).

In July this year, the singer and her family supported a fan who fell ill during a concert in the United States. The case was recalled through an old post from the Taylor Swift Brasil fan club.

At the time, the 18-year-old girl fainted in front of the VIP area at a performance in Kansas City. Taylor’s mother, Andrea Swift, saw the whole thing happen. The American singer’s matriarch went to check on her in the medical field shortly afterwards.

After noting that everything was fine, Andrea offered the young woman a seat in the VIP area or a ticket to another day of presentation. The girl who got sick also received a bag of items from The Eras Tour, which is currently in Brazil.

The reaction was very different from that which occurred when Ana Benevides died. Without help from the singer’s team and T4F, the producer that brought the tour to Brazil, Taylor’s fan clubs had to fundraise to help fund a dignified wake for Benevides, in Mato Grosso.

Ana Clara Benevides’ mother was grateful for the fundraising made to help with the financial costs for the transfer of the young woman’s body.

Through a video, Adriana Benevides said that the amount will allow the family to do everything they wanted. “Yesterday we started a fundraiser to ask for help. Many people donated, I want God to bless you all. Much gratitude for everything”, she says.
