BBB 22: ‘He didn’t congratulate me after the leader’s test’, says Jade about voting for Arthur

Tense atmosphere among the brothers of BBB 22 (Globo) in the early hours of this Monday (7). After the formation of another wall, Arthur Aguiar, 33, who disputes the hot seat with Naiara Azevedo and Douglas Silva, sought out Jade Picon, 20, to ask for an explanation about his vote.

The leader of the week justified her direct nomination in Arthur saying that she did not agree with some of the participant’s attitudes and that, mainly, she was looking for “answers” from the public. She stated that leadership is capable of changing the course of the game and, therefore, it is a responsibility that she has chosen to assume strategically.

Despite the very well planned and rehearsed speech, Arthur was not satisfied with the explanation made by Jade during the live broadcast. After the show went off the air, the actor went straight to the leader and asked if the two could talk.

Just the two of them, they headed to one of the rooms in the house and exchanged some barbs about their relationship. Pressed, Jade Picon stated that she was upset with her brother when she won the leader’s test and didn’t win her “congratulations”.

Arthur agreed with Jade and questioned why she hadn’t said that before. The influencer repeated this same justification to other participants during the night. “He was the only person who didn’t congratulate me and he was sad because I wouldn’t be the angel and I wouldn’t give him immunity”, he said.

Still in her conversation with her brother, Jade didn’t want to go into details about Arthur’s attitudes that hurt her. She simply said that they were things that were part of his personality. The leader cited some events, but that did not convince the actor.

After the dialogue, Jade commented to Bárbara and Laís that she believed in Arthur Aguiar’s departure on Tuesday (8). “I think he’s there because that’s what I said. Being a leader is a chance to change the game, but it has to be a sure shot.”

REPERCUSSION

Jade Picon’s attitude in nominating Arthur Aguiar divided opinions on the web, with most of them finding the leader’s vote somewhat hypocritical, since on the day she won the leadership she said she would not vote for him.

“And with just one betrayal, Jade Picon has surpassed Arthur’s 16,” wrote one viewer on Twitter. “I didn’t stay awake rooting for you to win the leader for you to shoot this foot in the foot”, typed another person.

There were those who liked the sister’s attitude. “Thanks for moving the whole game around when no one even tried you were light,” wrote an admirer of the digital influencer.
