One of the main reasons why Paris Hilton decided to use a surrogate for the birth of her two children was the trauma she suffered during her teenage years.

The famous heiress made this revelation in an interview with Romper. She explained that it was all due to the trauma she experienced as a teenager, when her parents sent her to a school for “problem children” in Utah.

If I’m in a doctor’s office, if they give me an injection, anything, I’ll -literally- have a panic attack and I can’t breathe“, he said. And he continued:I just knew that this wouldn’t be healthy for me or the baby, to grow up inside someone who is so anxious».

In 2020, the secular lady claimed that she had suffered physical, sexual and emotional abuse during her nearly year-long stay at the school. She alleged that part of the alleged abuse included non-consensual gynecological examinations.

The school had stated from the outset that “does not condone or promote any form of abuse». The school has since been acquired by a different company.

The “Simple Life” star spoke in an interview with “Glamour” about the fear of pregnancy, saying that death and childbirth are the “two things that scare her more than anything else in the world.”

Hilton also told Romper that it would be nearly impossible to juggle her work schedule with a pregnancy. “My schedule is out of control. There would never be a good time to do it because there is literally no time to do anything in my life“, he added.

Along with being a mother now, Hilton, who has “secretly” welcomed two children in the last year, wears many hats.

Although Hilton hasn’t taken maternity leave since welcoming son Phoenix in January and daughter London last month, she admits she’s started to…slow down a bit since the arrival of her second child.
