Halle Berry recently opened up about her difficult film relationship with Angelina Jolie, for the movie ‘Maude v Maude’. In April it was reported that Warner Bros. emerged victorious in a competitive bidding situation against multiple studios for the action thriller.
Both Halle and Angelina were committed to star and produce through their respective production companies.
Halle spoke to “Variety,” where she admitted that she and Jolie didn’t get off to a good start, but they both bonded over the divorce and their exes. “We had a rough start and I think that will serve us well in our cinematic coexistence.” She added that she is excited to work with another woman and make a story with their own sensibility and through their own perspective.
