After failing to obtain a sale as they wished, Silvana Taques and Gilberto Elias, parents of actress Larissa Manoela, decided to rent the mansion owned by the couple after the end of their relationship with the family.

The property is located in Condomínio Novo Leblon, in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. It is very close to the local beach, which in theory is an attraction for tourists.

Taques and Elias decided to rent the property for R$25,000, according to an advertisement published on a real estate website, to which the F5 had access. The condominium costs R$2,100 per month, and the IPTU is R$54,000.

Even with the rent, the property is still for sale for a mere R$10 million, as reported by the F5 first hand in August. Larissa Manoela only found out about the decision to sell when contacted by the reporter.

The duo paid R$8 million for the property in early 2022. The house was purchased with part of the money from the sale of a mansion in Orlando, United States, in 2021. It was negotiated by Silvana and Gilberto for US$1.1 million (around R$5.3 million, at current prices).

The house belonged to the Trelissa holding, in which each partner (Larissa, Silvana and Gilberto) had a 33% stake. The actress left the company, just as she did with her other company, Dalari.

In other words, your parents have the legal right to sell the property. What surprised the actress was the fact that she was not informed about the negotiation by them.

The house measures 900 square meters, has five suites, an office, living and dining room, pantry, kitchen, four bathrooms, wine cellar, games room, swimming pool, sauna and an annex for employees.
