Accused by Ana Hickmann of bodily harm and domestic violence, businessman Alexandre Correa called, through a notice filed with the Court, a meeting with the creditors of the company he owns with the presenter for the next 18th, at 8:30 am. His idea is to try to reach an agreement to end the numerous lawsuits against the company for debts.

According to Enio Martins Murad, the businessman’s lawyer, Alexandre will try to transfer some properties he owns. According to him, the now ex-couple’s assets are around R$50 million. Ana and Alexandre are married under partial property regime.

“As Alexandre owns 50% of the company’s value, it is up to him to settle the debts corresponding to this amount (around R$15 million). The debts corresponding to Ana Hickmann’s share must be settled by her”, says the lawyer . When contacted, the presenter did not comment, but her team has already said that the case remains secret and cannot provide information.

This strategy is part of the completion of a letter required in the judicial process, which also asked Alexandre to prove some documents. There is no bankruptcy filing in this action. The company’s debts are close to R$30 million.

According to Enio, before the separation, Alexandre would have asked Ana to sell part of her assets to end her debts once and for all, but she would not have accepted.

One of the companies that accuses Hickmann Serviços Ltda. for non-payment of a loan is Ice Comunicação, which filed a lawsuit and now wants to receive R$5.5 million, plus interest and monetary correction.

Ice, which manages social networks and advertising, claims that it signed a loan agreement with Alexandre and the company with a promise of payment within 30 days. The signed contract and promissory note would not have been honored.

In an interview with Domingo Espetacular, the presenter insinuated that the million-dollar debts were due to the fact that her ex-husband destroyed her assets and accused him of forging signatures. “There is a major investigation into fraud, embezzlement, misrepresentation,” Hickmann explained. “I found documents, checks and legal and illegal transactions with signatures that I am sure are not mine”, concluded the presenter. Alexander denies it.
