Her older brother Angelina Jolie, (Angelina Jolie), James Haven (James Haven), made a rare reference to her relationship with the Oscar-winning actress and her children in a new interview.

The actor appeared on an episode of the ’90who10′ podcast and admitted that it was his duty to ‘protect’ the six children of his sister through her high-profile divorce from him Brad Pitt and the negative publicity that followed.

“That’s where it all started, (our relationship) started with protecting her and her children, my nieces and nephews,” said Haven, speaking about the new chapter in their relationship after her breakup.

“There are those years that are defining, becoming adults in the early 20s. I think it’s very natural and I want to be there at all times,” she added.

“She looks a lot like my mom. Whenever I’m blessed to be around them, I want to be around them,” Haven continued. “I set up my life so that I could be present in any situation. I want to be there for them or her – whatever she’s going through.”

The famous couple met in 2005, on the set of the movie “Mr & Mrs Smith” and announced their divorce in 2016. They have six children, Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 17, and the 15-year-old Knox twins and Vivien.
