For her cookbook, Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body & Feed Your Soul, Bündchen, who shared that she tried to become a vegetarian but was forced to add meat back to address “nutritional deficiencies,” said: “I can offer some things that I have learned that have helped me and my family. I’m just a mom with a busy life and I think a lot of women can relate to that.”
As for what people think about her private life after her divorce from ex-husband Tom Brady, she said: “I can’t really worry about what other people say about me, because what they say about me is none of my business. It’s actually their own business what they’re trying to project onto me. If I’m going to be affected by it, I’m never going to live my truth.”
