Speaking a few months ago on the Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast about beauty and aging, the actress revealed that she meditates. “I can meditate for hours because I don’t feel time and it’s so much fun. When I meditate and my friends see me, they tell me I look like a 20-year-old girl. When I don’t meditate, my face starts to ‘fall’ and everything starts to fall.”
