The famous actor, Alec Baldwin, is putting his luxury home in the Hamptons up for sale for the fourth time, for the sum of $19 million.

To help with the sale this time he is participating in a 2-minute promotional video, in which he gives a short tour giving information through a personal review of both the property and the Amagansett neighborhood where it is located.

The actor bought the 10-acre estate in 1995 when he was married to actress Kim Basinger. It first went on the market in November 2022 for $29 million.

“I fell in love with this place from the moment I came here”Baldwin says, among other things, in the video published by the Saunders & Associates company while declaring that he is “happy” when he stays at the estate, especially in the “quiet and beautiful winter.”

The 18th-century mansion has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a dining room, cinema, wine tasting room and a wood-paneled private library. As People reports, the massive outdoor space includes a 58-square-meter gazebo with a fireplace, a pool and spa, and a walled-in vegetable garden.

“I put this addition on the east side of the property in 1996 and my wife Hilaria and I built this addition on the west side of the property in 2014” the actor explains in the video and whispers that “this place is the best”.
