It’s not every day that a million dollars randomly shows up in your account. But his protagonist “The White Lotus”, Tom Hollanderrevealed what happened to him when he received a check meant for his actor “Spiderman”, Tom Holland.

Speaking to Late Night host Seth Meyers, Hollander said: “We were with the same agents for a while and the accounting people got confused.

It was very difficult, because you know I was first here, but he is extremely famous.” he added jokingly.

Explaining how he discovered the accidental payment, Hollander said he was watching a friend at the theater. “I was sitting in the audience having just done a show on the BBC for £30,000 or so which would have made me next and I was thinking: “Well, that’s great, I’m very well off””he said with humor.

During the break, he checked his emails and saw one containing a payment receipt marked: “Avengers Movie Bonus.”

“It was an amazing amount of money”, the 56-year-old told Meyers. “It wasn’t his salary. It was his first bonus earnings. Not the full cashing bonus, the first one. And it was more money than I had ever seen. It was a seven-figure sum,” he added.

Holland, who is dating “Euphoria” star Zendaya, has played Spider-Man in six Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
