Anitta, 28, is called cold feet after her affair team’s team, Tyler Boyd, 27, lost in the Super Bowl, the final of the NFL, the professional football league. The Cincinnati Bengals lost 23-20 to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night (13) and the Brazilian singer gained the nickname on social media.
The affair with the football player was confirmed in an interview with Anita on The Tonight Show. In conversation with host Jimmy Fallon, the singer said she was sure the Bengals would win. “You know why I know they’re going to win? Because one of my men is a team player,” she joked.
Tyler Boyd, called “Anitto” by Brazilians because of his relationship, had a modest performance this Sunday.
Netizens recalled that in 2021 the singer showed interest in Flamengo midfielder Arrascaeta, before the team lost the Libertadores final. She asked on social media if the Uruguayan was single.
“Anitta is very cold feet, she was with Arrascaeta before the Libertadores and Flamengo lost. And now the same thing with the Bengals”, said one of the people who now points out the artist’s lack of luck. “Biggest cold foot in the world sport! If Anitta is on one side, victory is on the other”, said another person.
The singer even wore a stylized Bengals uniform in the Carnival rehearsal she did on Saturday (12) at the Latin America Memorial in São Paulo. “Go Bengals,” she wrote in the caption of photos with the outfit on Instagram.
Anitta did not comment on the defeat of her affair team. This Sunday, she presented the Carnival rehearsal at the Olympic Park, in Rio. Celebrities such as Bruna Marquezine, Juliette and Gracyanne Barbosa watched the show.
On Saturday, the singer shared the stage of the Latin America Memorial with Pabllo Vittar, 28, who sent a message to fans. “Stop bickering on Twitter!” she yelled, with a swear word at the end.
