Trying to end their call, Bowie’s last words to Oldman were: “Hey c@m#s$y”
The famous actor Gary Oldman (Gary Oldman) was close friends with the legendary rock star David Bowie (David Bowie), with whom they communicated incessantly via Skype every Sunday, until Bowie’s end on January 10, 2016.
Speaking recently on The Drew Barrymore Show on CBS, the Hollywood star revealed last words that his friend told him, in their last communication before he passed away – and Bowie’s last words to Oldman were: “Hey c@m#s$y”
The swearing was of course not directed at him but at the attempt he made to end the call on Skype, as he was not good with the technology. Bowie said “okay, see you next week” and tried to log off. He then said “go away, go away” before hitting the hang up button and saying “go away”.

In another interview with the Telegraph, the actor referred to the “dignity, grace and humour” with which Bowie dealt with the news of his illness – he had been diagnosed with cancer.
In an email she sent him, she wrote: “Gary, I have some good news and some bad news.”
The bad news was that she had “the big K” and the good news was that “I got cheekbones again”….
