The Greek techno producer, Die Arkitekt, returns with “Mirkhel”, a new single, a precursor to the second album “The death of Postmodernism”, which is expected to be released in the spring of 2024.

The first sample from the upcoming album is the dynamic “Mirkhel”a sonic stitching and deconstruction of old choral recordings, framed by the vocals of Lena Platonos, during which she recites the lyrics of Die Arkitekt:

Her time passes and melts on the tongue
It is photosynthesized by stray lights
It becomes elements that run in the veins
Dust that counts on the forehead days

There is blood for binaural voices
Kendry weaving parasitic spikes
The universe is expanding
The world is getting smaller
Is art dying?

He draws inspiration for his lyrics from Art itself as a concept and at the same time the unshakable need of people for artistic expression, which never subsides, despite the deconstruction and discrediting of the arts and the artists’ battles for survival.
