Her contract for its maturation and execution competitive process for the restoration of the premises and the catering and hospitality buildings inside the former royal estate in Tatoi, the Minister of Culture Lina Mendoni and the mandated advisor and head of the Strategic Importance Contracts Unit of TAIPED Panagiotis Stamboulidis signed, in the presence of the managing director of TAIPED Dimitris Politis and the managing director and executive member of the Board of Superfund Grigoris D. Dimitriadis.

The signing of the contract marks the start of the second phase highlighting the Tatoi estate, with the restoration and utilization of of buildings intended for hospitality, focus and recreationwith an initial estimated budget of 25 million euros.

The project of restoration, promotion and exploitation of the former royal estate in Tatoi is one of the emblematic projects of the government. Since 2019, the Ministry of Culture has already been carrying out a complex and multi-level restoration project of the buildings-monuments, which are going to host museum, cultural and public benefit infrastructures.
