During the 58th Super Bowl, Beyoncé announced that she would be releasing a country album – the second part of her ‘Renaissance’ trilogy titled ‘Act II’ – even releasing
two new country songs “Texas Hold Em” and “16 Carriages”, which were enthusiastically received and reached the top of the Billboard Country Chart.

Today, country high priestess Dolly Parton revealed that Beyoncé has covered one of her most iconic songs, Jolene, which may be included on her new album.

“I think she recorded ‘Jolene’ and I think it’s probably going to be on her album and I’m really excited about it,” Dolly Parton said.

In an earlier post, Parton said she was a “huge Beyoncé fan” and “excited to do a country album.”

Beyonce became the first black woman to top Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart after her song ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ debuted at No.1.
