Gwyneth Paltrow told Sky News she has a sense of satisfaction knowing her instincts were right about her move to become a “wellness pioneer”.

“I think it’s really funny when I look back and think how bad people were about a lot of things”she said in her interview.

The 51-year-old actress is now launching a new meditation app. “I like to say it’s for people who think they’re too busy to meditate.”

Another issue the actress has been vocal about is menopause, with other celebrities such as Davina McCall in the UK and Naomi Watts in the US trying to encourage people to be more open about it.

Speaking about her “leap” from actress to entrepreneur, Paltrow said the one thing she wants other women to take away from her experiences is to not be afraid to ask questions.

And he continued: “When I was starting out, I was so aware of everything I didn’t know and it made me feel awkward and insecure. I wish I had asked questions. There was a time when I started learning about e-commerce and running an e-commerce business that I had to google to figure things out. Asking questions is the fastest way to learn and succeed”.

Paltrow also commented on the famous vaginal wax. “I have a very spicy sense of humor, which those who know me do not misunderstand. This candle was really for me who was tired of women being ashamed about their bodies. And so we just thought it would be kind of punk rock and funny, having no idea it would go viral.”the actress added.
