Disappointed with the slow pace of justice, Samara Felippo, 45, used social media to vent about a case she has against her ex-husband, basketball player Leandrinho Barbosa, 41, for the sale of a property.

The actress reported in a video published this Tuesday (19), that she bought a house with her ex-husband and put a down payment on an apartment that she had bought before getting married. Only when they separated, ten years ago, did she discover that the house was in his brother’s name.

Samara and Leandrinho were married for five years and are parents to Alicia, 14, and Lara, 10. The player, who currently lives in the USA, where he plays for the NBA, is also the father of Isabela and Laura with his current wife, Talita Rocca.

According to Samara, the property has already been sold and she never received anything, neither in the sharing of assets nor at the time of sale. Although the Brazilian justice system has legal resources to protect people against this type of situation, the actress states that to this day her case has not been resolved.

“I’ve been fighting in court for almost ten years to get what’s rightfully mine back. Nothing happens,” he protested. “I also want to bring with me thousands of voices of other women silenced by a justice system that doesn’t look out for us in Brazil”, she said.

“To feel part of that purchase, I sold my only asset, which was my apartment, to give as part of the purchase of the house. And obviously he didn’t need it, but he accepted. Pregnant, happy, confident, romanticized, dreamy, I I didn’t even pay attention to purchase, sale and negotiation contracts. I sold my apartment and put the money in his account. When the separation came, five years later, I discovered that the house was in his brother’s name”, reported Samara. “The house has already been sold and I haven’t seen a penny.”

“I’m not asking for anything that’s not mine. I’m asking for what’s rightfully mine, and not just mine, it belongs to my daughters and his daughters. I’m not trying to extort or take anything from anyone, I just want justice and to have my money back. which is mine honestly”, concluded Samara.

“Whether it’s property violence or not, I don’t know. I just know that he owes me for 10 years an estate that is rightfully mine. I’m not talking about pension, he has always correctly paid what is the minimum within the paternity he exercises. I want May justice move and make him pay for what was taken from me”, wrote the actress in the caption.

The actress also warned women: “Sisters, be careful! Have something in your name, don’t give up what’s yours, your achievements and freedom,” she said.
