“I’ve been drawing since I was a little kid. It’s something that always caught my attention,” said the son of the “queen of pop”
The Madonna proudly attended a solo exhibition of her son Rocco Ricci’s painting collection in Miami. The singer managed to take a day off, since she is on a world tour, to be by her son’s side with her other children.
As can be seen in the photos, which she posted on social media, the famous artist was beaming with pride and joy as she admired her son’s work.
“I’m so glad I had time off to enjoy my son Rocco’s latest painting collection ‘Pack A Punch’ inspired by Muay Thai fighters”the “Queen of Pop” wrote in her post.

In an interview with Artnet, Madonna’s son talked about his love for Art and his influences. “I’ve been drawing since I was a little kid. It’s something that’s always caught my attention and an escape for me.”he said.
When he was working on his latest collection, he was inspired by the painter Frank Auerbach. “My influences have changed over time and what’s going on in my life is also related to which artists I study. Recently I have focused on British painters of the last 100 years or so, such as Bacon, Freud, Auerbach and David Hockney,” he added.
