Singer Iza showed off her three-month pregnant belly for the first time. Alongside the band, the artist appeared in a live broadcast made on her own social networks, which she had announced on the same day that her pregnancy was announced on Wednesday (10).
“I know you’ve already heard this news [da gravidez] before, but I thought it would be very special… much more special if I could tell you like this, doing what I love most [cantar]”, he warned. The baby, the result of a relationship with football player Yuri Lima, from Mirassol, in Série B of the Brasileirão, is expected to be born at the beginning of October.
Iza sang “Mó Paz” and “Dona de Mim” on the broadcast. “I didn’t rehearse it with the band, but everyone knows this song. I’m pregnant too, don’t pick on me”, joked the artist before starting to sing “Anunciação”, by Alceu Valença.
“I’m feeling happier than ever, more creative than ever. It seems like the world has changed color already and it’s only been three months. How crazy!”, she announced before starting to sing “Dona de Mim”. After talking about the pregnancy, Iza also thanked the team and fans, stating that it will be “the happiest moment of her life”.
She ended the live singing “Uma Vida É Peuca Para Te Amar”. “I hope there comes a time when I don’t even remember who I was before. I want to do my best for my son and my fans. I think a really crazy thing happens with motherhood: at the same time that we feel a lot of fear, we lose all fears”, he said.
