Davi Brito, 21, confirmed last month’s favoritism and became the BBB 24 champion, this Monday (17). But, according to him, the game was not easy. “I thought it would come out in the first week”, admitted the Bahian during an interview with Thaís Fersoza and Ed Gama.
The brother went to the second wall of the reality show and suffered from the treatment offered by his editing colleagues. “People really despised me. They left me aside. The one who was with me was my friend Isabelle”, he said.
The feeling of loneliness and rejection made the Bahian almost give up on the program. It took production intervention to stop him from making the decision that would change the fate of the season.
Davi remained in the game and was at the center of the confusion. “What was the most memorable fight?” Thaís asked.
“It was Bin’s. The one where Lucas fell and the whole house was moving”, replied Davi. He refers to the day he and the funk singer almost came to blows after a heartfelt affair.
The Bahian laughed and said that they almost kissed when they touched their faces. “There was Leidy’s too. She threw my clothes into the pool. Man, I started laughing nervously and thinking about tactics [para me vingar]”, he admitted.
Davi feels he was responsible for putting his opponent on the wall. The sincerity of a precise player in his words gave way to the laughter of a young man fascinated by the humor of social media.
The Bahian laughed at all the memes shown about him and was amused by the tributes from singers, makeup artists and actresses.
It was with this relaxed atmosphere that the participant entered a video call with his girlfriend, Mani Rêgo, 42.
“You look beautiful, my Lulu. Wait for me, I’ve been waiting for you for three months. Today the pepperoni will work”, said the brother to his wife. Thaís and Ed laughed with Davi, while Mani smiled and asked “calm down, Calabrese.”
Thaís spoke to the young champion about people who were inspired by him and took the opportunity to ask: “What’s the first thing that comes to your mind to do with the prize?”
“Give my mother a house. Take her away from where she lives”, he replied without hesitation. Elisangela Brito lived in a house on the side of a hill. “When it rains, everything gets in the ground, it’s dangerous. I want to give it a better condition,” she said.
