With Title “Brigitte, une femme libre (“Brigitte, a free woman”)”the series of six 45-minute episodes will document her “fairytale journey of a lifetime”, starting with the first meeting of the famous couple, as revealed by one of the series’ writers, according to the BBC.
It is noted that Brigitte Macron met Emmanuel Macron, who is 25 years younger than her, at the Catholic school in northern France where he taught theater.

There is currently no other information on the plot, while the cast will be announced in the coming weeks. The script of the new mini-series is signed by Benedict Charles and Olivier Pupnot.
“Brigitte Macron is a very charming personality and we want to approach her in a novelistic, almost melodramatic way because of her romantic fate”the author told “Le Figaro”.
The couple married in 2007, following her divorce from estranged husband Andre-Louis Ozier the previous year.
“I’ve had many bright students in my career and none of them had their own abilities. I always admired him”Macron told Paris Match magazine in 2023 about her husband.
