We found all those sitcoms, cartoons and comedies that have episodes of 30 minutes or less
Working from home sounds like the most ideal scenario ever, but it turns out to be very difficult to do in a truly relaxing way if we don’t make sure our day has some structure.
What do I mean by that? Well, you need to make sure you start and finish at set times, get dressed and not stay in your pajamas, take proper meal breaks, and give your brain the space it needs to breathe every now and then.
Of course, there are many ways to do this. You could take a walk around the block at the beginning and end of each day. You could set an alarm for 12:30, which will remind you to go cook something to eat and sit for a while in a different room. Or you could rely on regularly scheduled Netflix breaks to lure you away from your home office (which is kind of like taking your laptop to bed with you).
Oh yes, Netflix reigns supreme when it comes to improving a busy day, and there are plenty of shorter options to feel good. And, because I want to add some joy to your life, I found all those sitcoms, cartoons and comedies that have episodes of 30 minutes or less.
