Mani Rego confirms separation from Davi: ‘I found out about the change in my relationship status through interviews’

Mani Rego confirmed this Saturday (20), through his social networks, that his relationship with Davi, BBB 24 champion, has come to an end.

The merchant, whom Davi referred to as a woman during confinement, began to be called his girlfriend the next day after he won the prize of almost R$3 million.

“I found out about the change in my relationship status through interviews,” the merchant wrote on Instagram. She also stopped following Davi on the network and changed her profile biography, where she presented herself as his wife.

“I ask for understanding for the silence in the last 48 hours. This moment served to prevent me from committing excesses or making judgments based on information I had not yet processed,” wrote the Bahian woman.

“The feeling is that in the 21st century, after being a mother at the age of 16 to my only son, having gone through and still going through (like everyone) many difficulties, having to find out about the change in my relationship status through interviews,” she said .

“Hearing that we are still getting to know each other, not because of internet comments, but because of the words that appeared on national television from a person who we lived together long enough for us to have a complicit relationship”, he said.

In an interview with Ana Maria Braga hours after winning BBB 24, Davi called Mani his girlfriend and said that they are in the “phase of getting to know each other and having ice cream on the beach”.

“As if by magic, I become like a product that a person chooses which shelf it should be on,” wrote the merchant. Mani received support from artists, friends and fans on social media.
