Prince William participated in another royal engagement this Friday (10) and ended up sharing a new update on the health status of Kate Middleton, diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of the year. On a visit to St. Mary’s Community Hospital, on the Isles of Scilly, the eldest son of King Charles III received the compliments of his subjects until he was asked about the princess.
“May I ask how Princess Kate is?” asked hospital administrator, Tracy Smith. “She’s fine, thank you,” he replied. “Lovely, and the kids too?” Smith continued and William was quick to respond: “The kids are really jealous that I’m here.”
The Isles of Scilly are known for being a favorite getaway for the Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children – Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6. William and Kate have been married for 13 years. Before exchanging rings, they dated for almost 10 years.
Kate has not performed any official duties since Christmas Day. After much speculation, she announced at the end of March that she had already started preventative chemotherapy against cancer, discovered in tests following abdominal surgery in January.
