Juliette Freire exposes ‘serious guilt’ for having sex with men she was not intimate with

by

Juliette Freire said that for many years she kept a diary, which also served as a “guilt notebook”. There, the then makeup artist and law student wrote down everything related to her actions and reactions as if it were a personal analysis. The BBB 21 champion recalled that one of the attitudes that bothered her a lot was having sexual relations with men she was not intimate with.

“I had a guilt notebook and I understood when I felt this, I needed to write it down to analyze myself. An example: I said something bad to my brother, a serious guilt”, began Juliette. “I had sex with someone I wasn’t even close to, serious guilt. I started to understand where this guilt came from and started to balance it out. I did my analysis”, acknowledged the singer in an interview with the podcast E Você, by Manuela Xavier.

Because of the notebook, Juliette said she was able to build limits and “her own ethics” that didn’t hurt her or others. “It’s not an imposed ethics. Sometimes what’s ethical for me may not be ethical for someone else. That makes me feel good. I feel like I’m balanced.”

Juliette said that she was also able to change her attitudes based on her notes. “I started to work on this. There is concern for others, the feeling of empathy, equality, but there are other things and I try to balance it. Today I feel much more free from guilt in relation to my family, perhaps because I was able to help them. them”, he pointed out about self-analysis.

She continued: “I feel freer to travel, to buy clothes, to spend, to enjoy some things, to exercise my full intellectual capacity without feeling guilty.”
