Jagger has not revealed which candidate he will vote for in the US presidential election in November. Certainly not Donald Trump…
How does Mick Jagger feel? in his 80s to return to touring and singing and dancing on stage?
“Like being on stage at 78”replied o leader of the Rolling Stoneswho has been rocking audiences for more than six decades, a day after his sold-out concert in Boston.
“It took us a couple of shows to get back into the spirit, but now we have it. I feel good”says.

Jagger, who turns 81 on July 26, has no plans to stop rocking anytime soon.
In an interview he has said that with the “Hackney Diamonds” US tour, the band will consider touring other countries next year.
“We will consider these proposals, where we will go and where it will be nice. It could be Europe, it could be South America, it could be anywhere.”
In fact, he said that it is possible that the band will release a new work soon. The current tour takes its name from their critically acclaimed album released last October — the band’s first in 18 years.
At each stop on the tour, Jagger stays on stage for two hours with the rest of the band — 80-year-old Keith Richards and 77-year-old Ronnie Wood.
In a review titled “The Rolling Stones Really May Never Stop,” the New York Times wrote that at a show at a New Jersey football stadium, Jagger seemed to get more and more energetic as time went on. Where does he find so much energy?
“I just enjoy it. Indeed, that is the answer. I just love doing it. That’s the give and take with the audience. You see that they’re having a good time, you’re having a good time too, and that gives you more energy.”

MUSIC LEGENDS BY HIS SIDE?
As he explains, he stays in shape by doing two dance rehearsals and a few gym sessions each week. His father was a gym teacher, and Jagger has often attributed his good physical condition to his genes.
On tour the band perform four songs from ‘Hackney Diamonds’ and in between their rock hits ‘Start Me Up’, ‘(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction’ and ‘Sympathy for the Devil’.
Their fans seem to love their new songs, says Jagger, after watching the crowd sing along to the lyrics.
In the future, he hopes to sing on stage with some of the music legends who have previously made guest appearances on the ‘Hackney Diamonds’ tour: Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder and Elton John. However, it has not elicited any commitment from them. “It’s hard to engage them.”
In addition to music, Jagger is producing a film about the relationship between jazz musician Miles Davis and the French actress and singer Juliette Greco, as well as the film adaptation of the play by British playwright Tom Stoppard, “The Real Thing”.
Jagger has appeared in about 12 films and TV shows, and as he himself confides, he wants to do more acting. “To be honest, I don’t get many interesting proposals. When I do, I really like it.”

INTEREST IN AMERICAN ELECTIONS
On their tour the band is asking ticket holders to vote for a song they would like to be included in the show they will be attending.
Those who went to the concert in Boston voted for the song of 1980 “Emotional Rescue” in an online poll, in which about 80% of the public voted. Jagger took the opportunity to call on the public to vote in the US presidential election in November.
He has not revealed which candidate he will vote for, but the band has threatened to sue Republican Donald Trump if he continues to play the Stones’ hit “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” on his campaign trail.
Jagger has rarely commented on politics on stage and has even been criticized for commenting on American politics as a Brit.
“First of all, I think everyone has a right to their opinion. It is a free country. I think this election is so important. I have seven children who are American citizens. I am interested in their future. And I pay a lot of taxes in the US. So why shouldn’t I be able to speak my mind?’he replies.
