Shannen Doherty she wants her estranged husband to pay. The actress has asked her ex-husband, Kurt Iswarienko, for alimony and to pay her legal fees, according to Us Weekly.

She is reportedly seeking $15,343 a month in alimony and a lump sum of $9,100 for her attorney’s fees from her ex.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” actress, who is battling cancer, said that due to her serious health problem, she is unable to work and relies on meager income, mainly from “Charmed”, which will soon be removed from streaming platforms.

In Los Angeles court, Shannen Doherty took aim at her ex-husband for living a life of luxury while she fights for her life.

“While I was unable to work, incurring exorbitant medical expenses not covered by insurance to undergo experimental treatments in hopes of living, Kurt was using the plane, spending thousands of dollars on spas, jewelry stores, Gucci, all the while claiming he was not has sufficient funds to support me,’ according to her.

Doherty filed for divorce from Iswarienko, her third husband, in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage because she “had no other choice,” her rep told Page Six at the time. Doherty was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 and announced that she was in remission in 2017.

However, she revealed that her cancer had returned – at stage four – in 2020. Last June, she said her cancer had spread to her brain. By fall, it had metastasized to her bones.
