When the penguin returns to the ocean, it is unlikely that they will ever reunite. But DinDim has other plans, using his GPS-like abilities he travels 5,000 miles to get back to his rescuer.

THE DinDim returns every year at the same time. It is an amazing story that shows the unique connection that can be forged between man and the natural world, says the synopsis of the film.

THE Jean Reno, who plays the fisherman says the film shows how interconnected all species are. The relationship between humans and animals and the effort to preserve the planet are the themes that emerge in the film, according to the French actor. THE Adriana Barazawho co-stars with Reno said the cast and crew discussed the film’s themes during filming.

“We will talk not only about Mother Nature,” he said. “We’re going to talk about how to be careful with your heart, with your relationships, with your family,” he explained.

THE David Shurmanwho directed the film “My Penguin Friend” in Brazil and Argentina, he said the story of animals has a lot to say about humanity.

“A little penguin really shows us how to be more human,” said Schurman.

The script of the film was written by Kristen Lazarian and Paulina Lagudi.
